The central team

The Structure of the Inspirational Learning Academies Trust

The trust is led by the Strategic Central Team consisting of:

  • CEO, who is also the Executive Head Teacher and a National Leader of Education
  • Deputy CEO, who is also the Executive Head Teacher at 2 of the academies
  • Assistant CEO, who is also the Executive School Business Manager
  • The Central Team is also supported by a Strategic Business Consultant, an Educational knowledge based HR provider and a DFE recognised Accountancy Company.

This team ensure compliance with all ESFA, DFE and Academy Handbook policies and procedures.

They also work closely with the academy staff on each site to ensure an effective curriculum is continually reviewed to ensure outstanding provision for all.

Each academy within the trust is managed by a Head Teacher or a Head of School and the central team has a hands on approach to ensure they continually strive for outstanding provision.

Academies within the Trust work collaboratively to ensure good economies of scale and to provide an ethos of support for each other across the group. The Trust is a very friendly, proactive and supportive group and actively ensure professional development for all members of staff regardless of grade.
